PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
During the first phase of my internship which is in F&B Department, I have
experienced how to serve people right and how to deal with them. How to be
careful when carrying drinks and food and on how to serve it properly.
During the second phase which is in Housekeeping Department, I have
experienced on how to be patient of how messy the rooms are, how smelly the
rooms are and how bossy the guests are. One important thing that I have
learned is that whenever you are done cleaning the room, enter the room
again and check it if you're satisfied with the cleanliness of the room as
if you're the guest.

We were able to learn how to decorate cakes by using melted chocolate,
different strokes in making the designs using the melted chocolate and on
how to make them.
We were able to learn how to be creative in skirting the table, how to fold
table napkins in different styles, how to arrange properly the flowers and
how to carve fruits creatively and attractively.
We were given tips and ideas on how to manage business online and on how to
improve them. How to earn profit through online business.
We were able to learn the different cuts of fruits and vegetables and the
techniques on how to cut them safely and quickly.
