In 2008 I started to work as an assistant waiter in my father’s food

and beverages cafeteria-restaurant “MOISIS” which is located

in front of the central port of Kavala beside the central bus

station. After a few months I managed to be a server and

in 2010 I was trained by my grandfather in donuts (loukoumades-Greek

tradition recipe) preparation which are served in the Summer time.

Since February 2014 I got the title of the food services supervisor

in the evenings and I keep on studying in the mornings.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

Every year I participate in the tree planting of the mountain

areas of Kavala Greece.

Competitive participation in Magic: The Gathering
