community. Chosen to serve as Peer Advisor to new company employees and

April 2012 to September 2013
Position incorporated all that is needed to manage and operate a property
for profit. Managed 4 employees and 5 contracted vendors. Maintained site’s
aesthetics, local marketing, budget, payroll and sales growth. Managed multiple
multi million dollar sites, including a site with 840 units. Supervised
deliveries/shipments, security/access, pricing, and every element of service
associated with the property.

April 2011 to April 2012
Worked in the new car showrooms and managed internet sales. Informed
and assisted any previous, current or future clients. Ensured a positive car
buying experience for dealership customers. Also kept informed on changes in
model lineup within all of the brands sold at the dealership (there are 11).

Sold jewelry and services offered by Kay Jewelers. Guided customers
through all aspects of the sale, including price negotiation. Also constantly

supervision at one time.

Began as a server assistant and was quickly promoted to server, then
promoted to lead server within 4 months. Guest advocate supervised several
outlets of the property during certain events and shifts, sometimes supervising
up to 15 employees on one shift. Worked in the main restaurant, but also
accountable for bar and room service, occasionally worked in the lobby bar and
executive lounge.

Temporarily employed when I moved to Phoenix, AZ for a summer. Worked
for Fresenius Medical Care as a medical file retriever, then trained to be a
Medical Biller/Coder. I was offered a permanent position as a biller/coder, but
refused as I planned to move back to Baltimore.

Register and assist patients to be seen by the doctor in multiple
departments. Cover multiple clinical settings, including: Family Health Center,
ER, Ophthalmology Clinic, Orthopedic Clinic and General Admissions. Verify
insurance coverage and obtain referrals or approvals from insurance companies.
