Executive Assistant to TI’s Chief Technologist and Director of Kilby Labs, 2011-2015
Assisted Analog Division Chief Technology Officer and management team with the transition of processes, products and projects from
National Semiconductor to current organization. Provided administrative support to manager and 80-person Kilby Laboratories’ research
and design teams in Dallas, Santa Clara and Milan, Italy. Managed Santa Clara office processes and procedures, including office moves,
upgrades and relocations, new-employee hiring and training, and department event planning and coordination. Facilitated installation of
innovative videoconference link between Dallas and Santa Clara, known as Kilby Wormhole. Coordinated setup for Tandberg
videoconferencing system in Santa Clara, Dallas and Italy. Achieved the successful migration from NSC to TI systems within our
department.
• Assisted the Chief Technologist and his leadership team with transfer of people and projects from Kilby Laboratories to
manufacturing BUs and product lines for alignment with 2015 foundational technologies.
