Duties: Project Manager/Engineer available for contracts to the Navy's NAVFAC and
NAVSEA Engineering Division. Previous efforts included developing and
evaluating systems and methods in support to the Next Generation

Employer: National Airlines, Las Vegas, NV
Length: 1 year, 3 months (07/00-10/01)
Duties: As the Engineering Manager for a start up airline my responsibilities
included formation of an engineering department, development of
department structure, procedures manual, and capital expenditures
planning. Engineering functions included development of Engineering
Orders for the repair, modification, and conformity of a fleet of 15
Boeing 757-200's. In addition I performed included research and
development of structural requirements for aircraft fleet-wide
modifications.
Job Title: Aero/Structural/Liaison Engineer
Employer: Keathley Aviation, Mobile, AL
Length: 1 year (10/99-07/00)
Duties: Responsibilities included research and development of structural
requirements for commercial aircraft modifications. Experience included
galleys, lavatories, IFE Systems installations, and cockpit avionics
console redesign. In addition, authored Engineering Authorizations for
the development of a new cargo door conversion for use on the Boeing
727- 200. Duties also included design and fabrication of quick
turn-around customer requests.
Job Title: Senior Test Engineer
Employer: Lockheed Martin Skunk Works. Palmdale, CA
Length: 3 years (12/96-10/99)
Duties: Responsibilities included the preparation, execution, and evaluation of
wind tunnel tests for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM),
Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), and X-33. Additional duties included
stability and performance analysis, data reduction, wind tunnel model
design, and machine shop liaison. I also generated performance data
utilizing in-house computer code in conjunction with updating the Pilots
Handbooks for the F-117(A).
Job Title: Project/Test Engineer
Employer: Arnold Engineering Development Center (Sverdrup). Tullahoma, TN
Length: 3 years (12/93-12/96)
Duties: Responsibilities included the preparation execution, and reporting of
wind tunnel tests for the Air Force that tested store separation
characteristics of the F-117(A), F-14(D), F-15(E), F-16(C/D),
F/A-18(E/F), F-22, B-1B, and B2 aircraft. Tests were ran at AEDC's 4T,
16T, and 16S of the Propulsion Wind Tunnel Facilities. I was also part
of a Computerized Fluid Dynamics code verification team that utilized
computer simulations to predict aerodynamic performance. In addition I
assisted in fabrication of test hardware and taught Computer Aided
Design classes.
