Managed all plant purchasing activities with $3m annual spending including the negotiation, brokerage of deals

on all capital acquisition and equipment purchases, as well as its disposal and refurbishment. Coordinated all

purchasing for the component fabrication department. Assumed full responsibility of machine shop site

requiring the management of all production activities, grew a department of 3 CNC programmers/operators to

17, working across three shifts.

Provided leadership of separate facility including hiring and terminations, quality and safety. Achieved and

maintained ISO Certification for component fabrication department.
