Lead Training Hostess
During my time at NADA of BRG, they were in need of more
consistent training and practices with the host staff. I
challenged the process when I took the initiative to ask for more
responsibility, so that I could maintain the standard in which I
was hired once before for our new hostesses. My responsibilities
included:
Introducing and assimilating new hires into the company
Modifying and developing training, training delivery and its
implementation
Occasional help with scheduling and advising
Served as a liaison between the hosting staff and upper management

Results:
Asked to provide training for new employees at newly opened sister
restaurant, Sotto.
