Job Responsibilities
• Handling end to end recruitments across levels- Regular or Contract (Junior to senior level
hiring) for which includes Salary negotiations, Client/Vendor management and also and
Campus Recruitment.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of recruitment process from requisition initiation to sourcing
(through Web portals/ Referrals/ Consultants/ Databases etc), initial technical screening, and
setting up interviews with functional/operational panel to acceptance of offer and final joining of
offered candidates.
• Drafting the salary break up sheets considering the current salary components, negotiating
with candidates & releasing the offer letters after mutual consent following the process of
approval as per matrix & maintaining salary parity among employees at same band & level.
• Doing Market intelligence survey among competitors.
• Interacting with managers/ directors across India/Africa office to understand the
requirements/ requisitions raised by them to strategize hiring activities.
• Interacting with the candidates to ensure the interest and suitability of the candidate for the
requirement & periodic follow-up with offered candidates also.
• Completing the reference checks and Document verification for selected candidates before
releasing the offer.
• Co-coordinating with the Vendors for final placement of candidates & closing the positions
with defined TAT.
• Complete the Recruitment process flow on Taleo.
• Responsible for rolling out strategic initiatives like “Requisitions report” and HOD report
Weekly basis.
• Tracking the database of candidates at each level of interview process.
