Re-organize IT to leverage company’s five years strategic. Manage IT system development
group, which is responsible for all self-development applications and interfaces design and
development cycle. Key achievements:
• Budget IT design, development and work with business group to verified and prioritize projects.
• Re-organized IT and managing IT design, development and project manager teams.
• Design and development a coding structure to configure multiple code platforms (asp and asp.net) and multiple
report engines (Crystal 8 and Crystal 11) to allow application rapidly switching between platforms. The structure
is flexible to break huge application to migration application to newer platform by phrases.
• Introduced and designed an enterprise projects processes for IT department.
• Design a group of low cost automatic services to management several hundreds of processes to reduce IT overall

This solution to bring both HP-Center Pool and THD X-Dock warehouse events record to database life

Design and development Wal*Mart drayage management solution at NAM.
DDSI dashboard solution to managing Wal*mart drayage cross NAM .
Design and development HP Center Pool solution.
Reduce 14% cost of HP NAM transportation cost. And increase 60k profit per facility each month
(project will end of 5 facilities at Oct 2013).
Design and development Target x-dock solution at Canada
This solution help DDSI won Target Canada 100% X-dock business (Target signed contact to allow
DDSI build a own facility at Vancouver, CA to handle Target volume start peak season of 2013.
Design and development THD x-dock and drayage management solution at west coast
USA.
Development and design additional function for MACY’S auto billing, DIO, Microwave,
NIKE…
Projects results are reduce manual billing cost, and addition revenue from Macy’s other programs.
Design and development a web based (.net) finance invoicing solution (in house). The
solution interface with webEC/webFTS, MIPS and AccPac (a 3rd party finance and budget solution).
Reduce FIN annual operation cost (3 to 4 headcounts reduce) by avoid double entry all manual invoice
to both pricing and invoicing system.
Implement new triangulation functions for manage booking, equipment, dispatch, yard for
export business with webEC/webFTS.
Solution to help drayage team managing triangulation move in an efficient process. The solution reduce
one leg of drayage move by combined import/export drayage. It help company drop service rate to gain
some major export business (such as Rayonier up to 12,000 FTE per year)
Implement new billing functions to centralize billing process and interface between
webEC/webFTS and invoice and financial system.
Implement new functions into webFTS to serve new businesses:
Columbia Sportswear, Gaps, Canadian Tires and Mark Warehouse, Rayonier, Cracker Barrel,
Emerson Radio, International Paper, Sears, Staples, Payless, Hallmark, Reebok, LOWES, Target,

(WorldShip), FedEx parcel (NASCAR), WhereNet (YMS), Spective (Maersk Global SCM System),
MIPS (Maersk Global Invoicing System), Drayage Watch (Maersk Store Door Management System),
AccPac (financial AP/AR and budget systems) and FACT (Maersk SAP system)
Implement interface between MMG-WMS and CCS (Pyramid & W&H)

Developed a physical count report replace WMS reports limitation to service MACY’S
requirement.
Designed and developed import, allocation, SPA and shipping functions to replace
performance limitation of 3rd party WMS (EXCEED) to service KOHL’S.

Successful demonstration of the project also won Hudd the drayage & X-dock business from Sears.
Designed and developed webEC, a uniform system to serve all Hudd’s facilities drayage
in North America.
Under one solution, Hudd centralize IT support, harbor availability and inland management. It reduced
major operation and IT support cost.
Enhanced vbFTS for Fedeated Department Stores to handle multi-pre-pack business and
BonTon Division.
Lead Designer and Developer -- Hudd Distribution Services Inc. (Sep. 2000 to Mar. 2001)
• Lead designed a web solution (DYMS) for Wal*Mart (Savannah, Charleston & James City) drayage business.
o This project has saved over $1 million in annual operation cost for Wal*Mart from equipment demurrage
and detention charge. It in result also has reduced Hudd’s operational cost (CSR from 12 drop to 6). Upon
the success of this project, Wal*Mart has requested all their drayage business handled by Hudd to move to
(DYMS) before peek season of next year.
o Hudd make the IT direction from support and add new business from existing product to create a generic
product to handle all Hudd’s North America facilities equipment control (webEC). The successful
demonstration of this project also won Hudd the drayage business from Sony at LA.

• Re-designed and developed Federated Department Stores Import-Merge.
o This project improved performance (reduce 98% of process time) for Federated Department Stores from
original system. Also help Hudd won Federated East coast’s business till today.

• Managed SDLC, designed and developed a custom-made wholesale system for Cobra Caps (Dallas, TX).
o This solution has help Cobra Caps to managing their business performance and support their annual
growing from 600K to 20M.
