• Load correct part number and heat code casting on the loading conveyor belt.
• Change tools that cut the part in various angles to certain specifications.
• Change inserts when needed and accordingly.
• Check the pinion/ring gears, overall diameter using a micrometer to the required specs.
• If needed, make proper offsets and measure part accordingly to ensure the offset was made
correctly

• Load Felsomat with the proper parts in order to get generated automatically
• Run charts at the beginning of every lot to ensure quality parts and specs.

• Loading the correct lots into the Felsomat in order for the part to get splined and
threaded.
• Running charts every four hours to ensure quality parts are kept in spec.
• After every SPC, take part and check the spline by using the “Go Gauge” and the “No Go
Gauge.”

particular pinion.

• Making sure vehicles are ready and safe to lift on the hydraulic lift and begin to remove
necessary items in order to keep from short circuits and damaging the vehicle
• Remove bolts and all unplug harnesses for proper removal
• When installing the transmission, making sure all the bolts and harnesses go to their
designated location so that nothing binds or gets caught in the installation.
• After installing the transmission, plug in all the harnesses to their designated areas so that
the vehicle can operate sufficiently without any faults or issues.
• After finishing the job, reviewing the checklist and adding fluids, lubrications as
required, and revising to make sure there are no leaks.
• After completing the recommended checks for installing the transmission, test driving the
vehicle thoroughly to make sure the vehicle performs adequately for customers’
satisfaction.
