Chamberlain Legacy Group 2003- Present

President and broker owner in the financial and insurance arena concerning retirement and end

of life needs. Responsible for selling personally and the recruiting and training of over 300

individual agents and insurance agencies. Contracted an independent agency workforce, acting

as speaker and trainer at events and individually for Purple Cross of Tacoma, WA. Geographic

territory of WA, OR and ID.

ALG Development LLC 2010- 2014

Co-founder of a renewable energy company focusing on solar electrical power. Functioned as

President in part of a five person ownership group. My main role was to develop strategic

relationships and forge new business. Responsible for marketing and business strategies, selling

products and services as well as supervising employees.

Culligan 2006- 2007

Household water specialist, specializing in water analysis and equipment sales. Responsible for

marketing and public relations for in home systems in problem water and municipalities.

Responsible for the fundraising ventures with companies such as the American Lung Association.

Scripted and spoke in Culligan radio commercials in the greater Yakima, Washington area.

Midwest National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee 2003- 2006

Owner of an Independent agency dealing with Health and Life Insurance and association

membership benefits. Major focus group was the self employed small group market in

Washington State and the individual market in Montana. Regional Sales Director from 2005-2006

Wilson International 2000-2002

Co-owner and lead sales and marketing position over two divisions:

Private labeled and developed a heavy duty tire sealant that sealed ” punctures. Private labeled

for Les Schwab Tires for distribution and use in the 350 plus stores. Overall goal was to set up

dealers throughout the Western US territory.

Established dealers and markets for a specialized heavy duty brake product, Express Brake

International. Western US was target market with demonstration to companies such as

Albertsons, Safeway, Coca Cola, Kenworth and many others. The distribution was set up for the

Western US market. This was part of a pioneering effort and Express Brake is now a mainstream

brake supplier.

The Olander Corporation 1986-1999

Lead salesman on a three person inside sales team selling and the marketing of electronic and

aerospace industry fasteners. Retail and wholesale distribution in a consultative sales process to

meet the needs of the high tech customer. Focused on key account development to continue the

high sales growth. Sales performance consistently exceeded previous year’s sales over a ten

year period. Product knowledge of over 42,000 different items and manufacturers. Integral in the

marketing and product selection process. This included direct contact with companies such as

Paccar, Micron Tech, Microsoft, Fujitsu, Boeing and many others.

I grew within the company and started out as shipping clerk for the first year. The second year I

was promoted to counter sales lead. The third year I was promoted to inside sales where I

worked my way up into the senior lead position in the company.
