Assigned as an Expat to Doha, Qatar Middle East,to perform Project Management on the Access Control Buildings throughout the

New Doha International Airport. One of Qatar’s iconic projects, $120 M in size, responsible for Management of the Perimeter

Security Systems Installations Package, and Qatar Airways Main Control Center Fit Out.

• Provided Project Management support for the installation of Security and Special Systems, MEP upgrades to all Access

Control Points of the airport, including all Civil work

• Successfully completed the installation of 12KM of Perimeter fencing including Pedestrian Intrusion Detection Systems,

Thermal and CCTV Camera, Marine and Land Radar systems

• Managed the construction of 8 -11 KV Sub Stations, integrating all security and runway lighting installations for the airside

operations.

• Key management role of the completion of Qatar Airways Control Center Major Fit Out project

• Performed Procurement Manager duties for all systems purchases, resulting in time and money savings

• Hired Contractors to perform installations of systems through the RFP process and contract negotiations

• Responsible for the Design and Procurement of site offices to support site operations, complete with laydown storage.

• Timely reporting to Senior Management and Client, the progress, budget status and issues arising from ongoing work.

• Close collaboration with Design and Engineering teams to ensure accuracy and quality of IFC drawings and Specifications

of over 2000 occupied buildings in all of South Korea
