Full P&L responsibility for a 300,000 sq. ft. Regional Replenishment Center containing $26 million of inventory;
serving 5 local distribution centers in 3 states, 2 Cross-docks as well as four delivery routes for local customers.
Directed a staff of 100+ employees, included two managers, six supervisors, and seven leads.
Developed and implemented production and quality standards for all inbound and outbound departments. The
production standards along with hiring additional headcount resulted in an 8% reduction in OT hours during Q1
of FY2015.
Identified inventory discrepancies and created an inventory recovery team that was able to locate and positively
adjust back over $189,000 in lost inventory.
Prepared the RRC for moving order cutoff time from 5 PM to 7 PM by adding/hiring an additional shift and
support personnel.

Over the course of 4 years in 3 fulfillment centers, in roles of increasing responsibility managed the Inbound,
Training, Pick, Pack, and Ship departments.

Led a Kaizen team of 8 hourly associates and one college intern that focused on improving our Outbound
Transship Process and resulted in a savings of $9,500 per year. The team also recommended a process change
that could potentially save $104,985 during the 1st year of use and $212,385 each year thereafter.
Led a 6 person Kaizen team to reduce non-compliant SIOC asins and streamline the SIOC/Bigs Process which
resulted in annualized savings of $20,993 by creating 10 productivity improvements, 2 quality improvements,
and 3 safety improvements.
Participated on a Kaizen event at the Phoenix, AZ fulfillment center that doubled re-bin capacity, decreased lead
time by 10 minutes per batch, and increased productivity rates by 15%.
Developed a Zone based staffing rotation plan on our ship dock to reduce fatigue, prevent repetitive motion
injuries, and to align the appropriate amount of labor for the predicted volume in each zone.
As the Training/Learning Manager I led a team of trainers that on boarded 1,900 full-time and 3rd party labor
associates in a 3 month period (7.93% of the entire network’s peak new hires were on boarded at our
