EXPERIENCE Quest IRA - 2013 to 2015 - Financial Investing
Started out as a Billing Representative, ended as the Billing
Manager. I did all tasks in the billing department such as

deposits, updated client credit card information and charge
cards. Made occasional collections calls, but constant customer
service calls. Made sure that all clients were billed and paid
on time. Attended company financial meetings, as well as weekly
meetings in regards to improving customer service. Trained new
hires on company policy, work and job duties. Sent daily
