Started out as a Billing Representative, ended as the Billing

Manager. I did all tasks in the billing department such as

create and send out invoices, record payments, make bank

deposits, updated client credit card information and charge

cards. Made occasional collections calls, but constant customer

service calls. Made sure that all clients were billed and paid

on time. Attended company financial meetings, as well as weekly

meetings in regards to improving customer service. Trained new

hires on company policy, work and job duties. Sent daily

reports of all money collected and deposited.

Answered phones (8 line switchboard), filing, helped with
