with the FDA cGMP and company policies.

. Establishment and implementation of microbial tests, stability tests,

instrument tests (FTIR, HPLC, FTNIR, color, and pH), and sensory

evaluation (taste test).

. Development of SOPs and all supporting documentations about the

testing methodologies and specifications/standards.

. Validation of testing methods.

. Data analysis and interpretation.

. Maintenance and calibration of instruments and reagents.

> Build-up of quality management system.

. Implementation of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and

HACCP. Management of overall QA/QC operations.

> Good understanding in product development process, and consumer-oriented

perspectives.

> Formula and product development

. Formula and product development based customers' request and

specification.

> Train technical and non-technical personnel in the company.

. Train all QC members. Train plant employees.
