w On call seven days out of a month answering emergency service calls such as break -ins, fires, car
driven through building, sewer back-ups and heating and air conditioning request.
w Trouble shot and repaired Fedder, Westing House, Majic Chef window and central air units.
w Trouble shot and repaired Hot Point stoves and refrigerators with a clamp meter, having to install new
hardware such as universal infinite heat switch, terminal blocks, evaporator fan motors and double pole
a/c contactors.
w Filled out completed work orders then submitted them back to the supervisor to obtain further request.
Certified Pool / Spa Operator
w Tested waters ph, calcium, alkalinity and chlorine levels then properly inserted the correct amount of
chemical deemed necessary.
w Brushed, Vacuumed and removed harmful and unauthorized objects from the water and pool decks
making area safe for community use.
w Backwashed sand filters three times a day seven days a week.
w Closed pool for safety reasons when warranted and for closing times every night.

w Rekeyed, repaired and installed privacy, passage and deadbolt locks.
