layout reports.

New mold / product trial / evaluation and submission to

customers for approval.

Submission of first article inspection for new tooling

/new product.

In-charge for mold analysis and mold repair improvement

on issues affecting quality parameters.

Job Profile in ZF STTERING GEAR INDIA Ltd. Pune:

Statistical process control (SPC) study as per plan and

daily monitoring and sampling of visual SPC.

Work on CMM (Co-ordinates Measuring Machine) and CMM

programming.

Inspect accuracy of new gauges and special gauges for

conformance to blueprint specifications before they are

released for production use.

Inspection of development and RQA component.

Inspect machine child parts.

Work on FARO (portable CMM) and FARO programing.

Shift supervisor.

Adherence to calibration schedule of special Gauges &

maintain the calibration records.

Audit to ensure measurement system adherence at all

plans & modification of gauges as per latest revision.

Knowledge of calibration of Dial gauge, Snap gauge,

Vernier calliper, Ring gauge.

First off Inspection.

Coordinating with shop floor for corrective action.

Check by tool room method before giving the report if

correction is required.

Handling Measuring Instruments.

To reduce assembly rework by identifying "Root Cause" of

the problem.

Using Design of Experiment (DOE) tool to solve assembly

problem.

help of eliminating the gap between ball & valve insert.

To solve the noisy, vibration & sticky issue with the

help of changing the way of the process.

To solve the hard & effortless issue by changing the

reaction component & elimination of the burr in hole

diameter 0.35.

To solve the problem of co-ordinate shift of the piston

with the help of implementation of the center drill

before drilling operation.
