objective. Therefore branding, information architecture design, and a governance plan were the primary
deliverables, along with creating social collaboration among all types of users. Branding was implemented
using a centralized design to lower the total cost of ownership. The information architecture design transformed
individual group taxonomies, into an optimized enterprise-wide framework.
