Help oversee staff and students. Help create and implement a curriculum to help further students’ education
and creativity. Students play games, work on arts and crafts, read as a group and work on homework. From
the first day in the program, students are learning social and every day skills to be successful. I help lead a
great staff team and direct them through various situations and scenarios throughout the day. I also
communicate on a daily basis with the parents to keep them informed and to help build a strong
relationship.
