PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2011 – 2015
Mechanical Designer (Assistant Manager), CLAAS, India
• Successfully designed Corn Cracker Unit of Jaguar forage harvester for series of production
• Generated complex technical drawings using 3D CAD for production and prototyping
• As Project Lead, managed a team to complete 3D concept design of rotating access to cab for easy maintenance of CLAAS Jaguar and regularly visited German plant for prototype development and testing
• Reduced the cost by modifying existing product for design optimization of CAB access, which directed to reduction in man power and assembly time
• Successfully rectified material fracture problem in chassis by simplifying design and welding
