Position seeking: E lectrical P roject Manager.

Objective: I a m looking to find an electrical project manager position. I have extensive

experience in building high quality electrical projects such as: Data Centers, Police stations,

hotels, business centers and all other commercial project types. I have extensive past field

experience in installation of all aspects of electrical in the field from underground utilities,

switchgear, distribution, branch/feeder wi ring, grounding, lighting and motor controls. I am

looking for a stable, long term position with a company that is willing to invest in me as much as

t hey expect me to invest in them.

Experience

Electrical Estimator ( Jan. 2015 – Present) Bryant-Durham Electric

1. Assist general contractors, architects. engineers and owners on design build projects.

2. Analyze projects to determine value, risk to help determine bid worthiness.

3. Attend pre estimate job site visits as well as walking site conditions on projects.

4. Perform detailed take off from blueprints and/or specifications in Accubid Enterprise & Live Count

lighting, switchgear, grounding, redundant backup systems, PDU units, transfer switches and emergency

generators on 2000 sq ft data centers for Cox communications.

2. 50,000 sq ft warehouse – electrical underground utilities, switchgear, lighting and lighting controls,

branch/feeder wiring, site electrical and motor control center.

3. Multiple tenant improvement sites – performed branch and feeder wiring, lighting and switchgear.

4. Multiple business park centers – performed all electrical aspects on business parks ranging from 15 to 23

buildings. Installed electrical underground utilities, switchgear, site lighting and branch/feeder wiring.

5. Crown Plaza Hotel/Casino performed all aspects of installation on Branch/Feeder wiring, bus duct,

switchgear, lighting, grounding, pre fab, fire alarm for a 14 story hotel.

upgrade the Fire alarm system, additional grounding and cable tray systems.

Wells Fargo Bank A LEED certified 3,200 square foot standalone bank included switchgear, lighting control

8. Halifax Park and Community Center A LEED certified 17,000 square foot building consisting of basketball

courts, gym, conference rooms and associated site work. Performed underground utilities, site work,

distribution, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm(self performed), security, access controls, branch/feeder

wiring.

9. UNCG Campus Police Building A LEED Certified 26,000 Square foot police station includes a dispatch

center, interrogation/processing area, K 9 unit accommodations, vehicle inspection center, conference

rooms, offices, locker/bathrooms. Installations included site/utility work, distribution, branch wiring,

lighting, Fire alarm, Tele/data, security, access controls, UPS system, Emergency Generator, grounding,

lightning protection system.

10. UNCG Student Recreation Center A 197,000 square foot recreation center that includes 2 swimming pools,

6 basketball court gyms, full fitness center, rock climbing room, natatorium, conference rooms, site lighting

and a Central Utility Building. Installations included site/utility work, distribution, branch wiring, lighting,

lighting control system, fire alarm, security, access controls, Tele/data, UPS system, Emergency Generator,

grounding, lightning protection system.
