Tooling engineer

The company is a leading supplier of Automotive lightening plastic

component of two and four wheelers to BAJAJ, TVS, KAWASAKI, MAHINDRA &

MAHINDRA, VOLKSWAGEN, TATA. RINDER INDIA PVT LTD is a major supplier of

plastic moulded parts to BAJAJ AND TVS .The Company is equipped with modern

machineries and good technical staff. RINDER has good reputation as

supplier to major OEM's that includes Bajaj & TVS . Rinder is exporting

plastic parts to Indonesia, Thailand and Srilanka based automobile

companies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Preparation & following Daily, Weekly Monthly -checklist, task list &

History cards.

Modification & correction work of moulds & tools.

. KAIZEN, Spare of mould.

. Maintain all documentation work related to my department to have

monthly updates to management

. To look after the mould maintenance activity after 2000 shots

. Attending major breakdown on the machine

. Knowledge of Hot Runner Moulds, Mould master, Yudo Hot Runner,

Husky.&HRS

. Responsible for maintaining MTTR, MTBF &BD Trend.

. Routing of job machining so as simultaneous machining of all related

parts are in accordance with arrival of mould base.

. Handling job work to out party.

. Shooting of mould defects.

. Data management & maintaining records and lesson learning's.

. Coordinating with Engineering Department for component developments,

by cad model study & subsequent changes

. Preparing prototype models of the product ordered by party and

getting approval of the prototype model.

. Project Strategy & Capacity Planning for new projects.

. Analyzing and reviewing the design of moulds with tool makers, to

ensure continuous process improvement and carrying out design

alterations with respect to tooling feasibility

. Mold modifications as per customer requirements..

. Working on correction and modification related to injection moulds,

jigs fixtures.

. Scheduling for predictive & preventive maintenance.

. Maintaining the critical spare parts for all moulds.

. Mould safety improvement & confirms the safety factors of the moulds.

. Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly Monthly -checklist, task list

& History cards.

. Excellence knowledge of Hot runner Mould.

. Handle preventive & corrective mould maintenance of highly precise

moulds.
