This position is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating all environmental, health and safety program to include
safety assessments, safety manuals, analysis and trends of occupational injuries, equipment and material, audit and incident
investigation. Environmental duties included NPDES permitted discharges of wastewater and storm water for a full treatment
system. Other duties include, management of spills and the Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures plan, universal, non-
hazardous, and hazardous wastes, implementation of pollution prevention activities, management of all community right-to-know
programs, including Toxic Release Inventory Form R and Form A, Tier II, and Risk Management Plans, Clean Air Act issues,
