. Championed the Cost Reduction/Avoidance program. Saved 2.5 million

dollars annually. This included Kaizan events that reduced manpower

on assembly cells. Implemented QDC on our busiest pieces of equipment

that allowed us to eliminate the 3rd shift operation, weekend overtime

and eliminated outsourced production. It also increased available

capacity to allow us to bring in additional business.
