DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCTION INCHARGE:

. Achieve the company production scheduled target within the time limit.

. Prepare the plan for production based on project completion schedule

and follow the plan for production.

. Prepare a weekly program of production and assign to the Section

Foremen.

. Organize weekly meeting for production team of all section foremen and

monitor the weekly production progress.

. Assist the Technical Department in preparing, modifying and updating

the Production Flow Chart.

. Monitoring the workers skill.

. Observing the common and repetitive problem in production and making

the Root Cause Analysis of the same.

. Proposing corrective and Preventive Actions.

. Testing newly introducing raw material MDF, etc., including Adhesives,

Sealants, Polyurethane and Ultra Violet Finishing material.

. Analyzing Technical Data Sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets and

preparing reports approving/rejecting for mass production.

. Preparing monthly and yearly production and rework report with

material and labour cost.

. Submitting sample of Finishes and maintaining their records.

. Providing assistance to draughtsman to Improvising drawing based on

our convenience for smooth production and getting approval from the

client.

. Maintaining delivery schedule date and arranging transport for

delivery.

. Preparing weekly delivery schedule base on project completion date.

. Meeting with client to solve installation problems.

. Project study which includes estimation, quantity, calculation

wastage, and other parameters.
