• Rescued critical engineering project deemed a mission essential requirement. When private construction

contract bid was cancelled, transformed plan, mitigated risks, and successfully completed project by reutilizing

assets and equipment.

• Tough negotiator: 75% reduction in cost and schedule. Lauded by the Commanding General 103rd ESC for

delivering a secure “safe haven” for military assets under budget and ahead of schedule.

• Protected and controlled $1M inventory of sensitive items, vehicles, and real world graphic training aids
