Work Experience

Flexicrew Workforce (Exterran) January 7, 2013 – December 1, Houston,

2014 TX

• Tested vessels’ PSI.

• Steps to test vessels' PSI:

1. Get the vessel traveler and ensure that both the traveler and vessel have identical serial

numbers

2. Bring vessel inside plant

3. Place vessel on stand and make sure serial number is showing

4. Plug vessel with 2'' plug, 1'' plug and 1/2'' plug

5. Connect correct flanges and gaskets on vessel

6. Tighten bolts on flanges

7. Fill vessel with water

8. Make sure there is no air inside vessel

9. Connect correct gauges

10. Make sure there are no leaks

11. Pressure vessel to the highest PSI on traveler

12. Run chart for stated amount of time on traveler

13. Call AI Inspector to come and inspect for leaks and well damages

14. Check chart for any dropped pressures

15. Present chart to Senior Hydro tester or Supervisor

16. Once chart is passed, assignment complete.
