Cover Letter to Clear Lake Nisson

Hello again Clear Lake Nisson, I'm glad to see you've posted an opportunity for people like me who would like to become a customer service rep. I'm someone who has plenty of hours available and I'm looking for full time, afternoons and evnings only. Your company seems like a great place to work as a CSR. I would love to answer phone calls and help people with what they need. I hope this letter gives you all the understanding you need to better know who I am and why this job looks right to me. I appreciate you looking into it and I hope you enjoy.

First off, a customer service representative job allows me to do just the kind of assisting I want to do because serving customers is my greatest skill at work. I love the idea of answering phone calls and I like to solve problems. I also love to see people face to face. It's great to have a job where I can put people in a good mood, or at least put them in a better mood if their having a bad day. It also feels really good making such a nice impression on the company. Another thing I like so much is that I can learn everything I can possibly learn about the company and use that knowledge to the best of my skill to display wonderful service to the customer. -And I am never fake about that, I understand that each customer is an individual. There's no need to treat one like an item; it's boring if you look at it that way.

Now a little more about my skills if you were wondering. I have lots of skills both learned on purpose and learned automatically, and it's part of why I think I am so suitable for this job. Mostly, my mind is just adapted to problem solving, which is why I stress out a lot less easily than other people. This mindset is so proactive, that just about 100% of all problems do not cause me to feel uneasy. Most problems that others react to, I take just fine. I've developed a great bounce-back ability. There are plenty of other skills I could go over as well, but I can't say them all or it will take up too much room. Memorizing is a natural one, and also I am very used to typing and cursive. Literature is on there in my resume because those are the classes in school I always did well in, those kinds of subjects where always smooth. It is true that I'm good at selling too, I know the main techniques to selling successfully.
