Actively recruited to commission, stand up, and direct new ICE Internal Security program. Oversaw all Internal Security operations ICE Headquarters, 13 National Capitol Region facilities, and field operations (400 ICE facilities and support offices). Conducted security assessments and risk mitigation; facility security-level determinations; countermeasure evaluations; design, upgrade, and installation management; and site selection pre-market security survey for new construction and lease projects. Manged 6 direct reports (section chiefs), 60 security program office personnel, federal security specialists, inspectors, security contractors, and unit program support staff. Develop and managed $10M budget (FY14).

As Executive Officer and second in command, developed and administered policies and procedures, security standards, and personnel requirements.
