I have invested many years into furthering my education while working at Ocean Spray. I have
built a strong reputation and respect level with the company to a point they moved me from our
Sulphur Springs, Texas location in 2012, to our Tomah, Wisconsin plant to leverage my skills to
build a stronger Maintenance Department. After two successful years, I was looking to relocate
back to Texas to be closer to family. I am currently working at Cott Beverages in Fort Worth, TX
as the Maintenance Manager. I am wanting to get back towards Maintenance Management in the
East Texas area.

• Responsible for strategic planning and coordination of the Maintenance Department.
(The department consist of 12 Maintenance Technicians, 2 PLC Technicians, Parts
Coordinator, and a Maintenance Planner.)
• Tasked with building a World Class mentality that will take the company from
running 23% reactive performance to >85% sustainable performance. Currently have
an increase running average of 60% with in the short time I have been a part of the
plant.
• Responsible for educating and training our operators on how to efficiently run
equipment.
• Responsible of an annual budget of $1.8 million.
• Currently in-charge of a Capital Project valued at $1.7M to restart and re-commission
a bottling line that has been dormant for 1 year.

-Responsible for strategic planning and coordination of the Maintenance Department (13 Line
Mechanics, 1 Master Electrician, 1 Facilities Tech), Maintenance Planner (salaried exempt
position), Controls Technician (salaried non-exempt), and Project Team (consisting of multiple
outside contractors).
-Responsible for an annual 1.9 million dollar budget that includes GL Accounts pertaining to
everything from Plant Utilities to Maintenance salaries.
-Member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This team is responsible for making decisions
that direct our Tomah Plant to improve our overall reliability and efficiency.
-Remove obstacles and provide opportunities that help my department be successful
-Provide my group with appropriate materials/training and make sure they have the tools that help
them to not only be efficient but promote the group to be innovative.
-It is my responsibility to create an atmosphere of reliable and predictive maintenance that
represents that of a World Class Maintenance Department while always keeping personnel and
food safety first.
-Built a Preventive Maintenance Program that help take the plant from 150K pounds of product
per day to a 200K pounds per day average.
-Lead multiple savings programs consisting of equipment tag programs that minimized unplanned
downtime and help sustain an 87% OEE, developed new internal positions that no longer put
the plant at the mercy of outside contractors, and created product waste initiatives that took the
plant down to less than .5% of waste daily.
