well as on demand delivery of resources via the internet. A scalable

solution with full features and flexible capacity with global reach was

obtained. Negotiated and procured a new master services agreements with

large suppliers on behalf of clients around the United States leading to

significant TCO reduction and better terms and conditions. Specialize in

of ownership (TCO) through reducing quantities of suppliers and ease of

exit from contractual commitments. Led consulting/procurement team in

Contract Management 2/2011-6/2013

Procurement events led to successful bottom line cost reductions of over

$10,000,000. This was accomplished through vendor consolidation and

evaluation as well as a significant reduction in server farms through the

use of multiple availability zones. Supply chain processes led to the

negotiated new master services agreements with MetTel and CenturyLink,

leading to significant savings as well as new contracts with Sprint,

Verizon, InterCall/Genesys, LanguageLine, and ATT to reduce costs. Reduced

total cost of ownership (TCO) through reducing quantities of suppliers.

Led many organizations to assist in reduction of cost during RFP process.

Coordinated RFP to determine benchmark suppliers and suitable vendors. Led

team of eight in billing analysis and TEM expertise to audit telecom vendor

billings and implement procurement processes.

company over $1,000,000 in bottom-line expense reduction.

Secured $3,500,000 annual savings through consolidated procurement.

Evangelized benefits of centralization to each company as well as

project management and IT in selecting system and aggregating multiple
