Project Manager for the Debit EMV Contact Chip Issuance Project.
Responsible for the development of the Project Plan for the issuance
of new Debit Cards containing the EMV Chip, Project budget is $1.2MM
and the average annual fraud loss savings is $3.5MM. Cardholder
security will be increased by providing the best fraud protection
available. I worked with the sponsors and stakeholders to understand
the needs of the business and how to satisfy them. I collected the
business requirements and created the Requirements Document and QA
Strategies.

Managed the enterprise wide test environments that support the United
States Banking Division, responsible for six (6) Mainframe
environments and three (3) AS400 environments. Support team is located
through out North America, Mexico, Europe, India, Hong Kong, and
Mainland China.

Requirements Analyst. Joint creation of the Business Requirements
Document that was used to create systems documentation for technical
