Provided leadership and direction to a team of 14 workers in the mounting department, as well as 32
members of the die cutting department. Responsible for meeting deadlines, quality standards and
customer order specifications in the manufacturing of various temporary and permanent POP (point-
of-purchase) displays for retailers.
• Scheduled all production of equipment use, manpower and sequence of operations for millions
of dollars in annual production with 30-100 fast-paced jobs per week.
• Supervised the operation of 14 Thompson & Standard clamshell diecutters, one Four-post
diecutter and one Young-Shin automatic diecutter.
• Managed the mounting of litho to plastics, corrugated, chipboard, tag, styrene and other
substrates using three dual mounting machines and an automaton machine.
• Interfaced with vendors to evaluate product quality, cost and overall value; administered
budget for purchasing daily use materials and machine maintenance items.

Key participant in establishing a second shift which greatly increased product turnaround.
Instrumental in developing and instituting a recycling program for waste and surplus.
