SSC from Pune Board.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:

Two Years of training with M/S. Savi Enterprises,Pune as

MECHANICAL FITTER and PIPELINE (Feb 2005 to Jan 2007).This organization

deals with all type of civil and fabrication work.

Two Years of training as a PIPELINE FITTER and TECHNICIAN at Gayatri

Erectors,Pune (Feb 2007 to Jan 2009).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

I have working experience more than FIVE years with Gayatri Erectors from

Feb 2009 to March 2014 as PIPELINE FITTER.I was part of all the concern

project which were completed by Gayatri Erectors with below mentioned

organizations.

On some occasions I have supervised the following jobs and ability for

supervision.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE MORE THAN FIVE YEARS AND HANDS ON EXPERINCE OF

FOLLOWING MAJOR ROTARY AND STATIONARY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS:

REHEATING FURNACE:

Repair and maintenance work of reheating furnace. Like replacement of all

type valves, burner bodies with nozzles and jets, water pipe lines, steam

pipe lines, natural gas, coke oven gas pipe lines, windows, baffles and

other mechanical work .

PUMPS:

Revisioning, overhauling, repair, maintenance, installation, make alignment, high speed and high pressure all types of pumps like centrifugal pumps,

Reciprocating pumps, drain pumps, universal pumps, multi stage impeller

pumps.

VALVES:

Repair, maintenance, revisioning and installation of all following valves.

Gate valve, control valve, butterfly valve, Cork valve, foot valve, Float

valve, Needle valve, Regulator Valve, Non return valve, safety valves.

PIPE LINE FITTINGS AND PIPE LINE NETWORKS:

Work as a pipe fitter and know about the installation of all types of pipe

fitting.

. Water pipe line fitting.

. Gas pipe line fitting.

I have also Experience on following pipeline networks on working condition.

. Steam pipe line network.

. Compressed air pipe line network.

. Coke Oven Gas pipe line network. (Also safety knowledge of coke oven gas)

. Natural Gas pipe line network.

. Oxygen gas pipe line network.

. Water lines network (sea water, feed water, technical water,

technological water, flushing water, chilled water).

BENCH WORK:

Make thread with tape,cutting, filing, scraping, drilling,riveting.

VENTILATION SYSTEMS:

Repair and maintenance work of ventilation systems.

BEARINGS:

Replacements and fitting of all types of bearing like Roller bearing,

Tapper roller bearing, ball bearing.

GEAR BOXES:

Installation of high speed and heavy load gear boxes, gear chains.

CHAIN BLOCKS &TELFERS:

Repair and maintenance work of chain block and telfers.

FABRICATION WORK:

Fabrication work of all types of pipe lines and other things.

COUPLINGS:

Replacements of metallic and rubber coupling, male and female coupling,

flange type coupling. Also prepare rubber type coupling.

GASKETS AND OIL SEALS:

Prepare of gaskets (Asbestos, Graphite, and Rubber) and replacement of oil

seals.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

During shift duty following are my responsibility.

. Checking of reheating furnace and other utilities of furnace during

rolling

. Checking of all the ventilation systems with working of gauze filter its

gear box.

. Checking of all pumps.

. Checking of pipe tunnel and cable tunnels.

. Checking of all pipe lines (water, gas, steam, and air).

. Checking and maintaining the pressure of natural gas, water and oxygen

gas.

. Checking of blower with cooling system, air and oil level.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

. I have many other skills and abilities which are given below.

. Ability to prepare shift reports and technical trouble reports.

. To read the mechanical drawings and work accordingly.

. I have a practical knowledge of alignment.

. I have an ability to adjust in day shift and night shift.

. I have an ability to work under minimum supervision due to strong right

decision making power.

MEASURING TOOLS:

Ability to use and take reading of all measuring tools like vernier

caliper, meter tape, vernier depth gauge, vernier height and, micro meter,

filler gauges

STORE WORK:

I have also work as a storekeeper and know how to maintain the incoming and

outgoing things.

SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIORNMENT:

. First aid techniques.

. Fire fighting techniques.

. Special precautionary steps for oxygen gas, coke oven gas.

. Attend safety lecture during duty time for concern plant for the

awareness of safety during working.
