Efficient Use Of Effective Gated Technique For Improvement Of Robustness Of

A System

. Project Brief : Content addressable memory (CAM) offers

high-speed search function in a single clock cycle. Due to its

parallel match-line [pic][pic] comparison, CAM is power-hungry. Thus,

robust, high-speed and low-power [pic][pic] sense amplifiers are

highly sought-after in CAM designs. we introduce a parity bit that

leads to 39% sensing delay reduction at a cost of less than 1% area

and power overhead hence reduces the average power consumption by

64%. The proposed design can work at a supply voltage down to 0.5 V.

language communication system for illiterate/dumb people traveling by

Airlines. As we have different languages in our world and its impossible

for us to know all the languages. i.e, device that helps them in expressing

their needs with other language people (Air hostess) request them if we

need anything in the flight like coffee, tea, drinks etc. using Touch

screen Technology. Here we are using the zigbee based wireless technology

to transmit and receive the wireless signal
