. I have worked in a rollout to Brazil and I was responsible for Finance

implementation - setup and support (including AP, AR, GL, FA and

localization - withholding process to purchase and sales) and

Distribution support to purchase department (order, approval route,

receipt, localization - taxes) to sales department (order,

confirmation, credit limit, approval, NF print, taxes - localization,

NF generated, sales update) to Inventory (item setup, controls and

movement, localization and taxes). I mapped all tables to Invoice Ware

- Fiscal Software. For withholding process I did the setup to Income

Tax, ICMS, IPI, PIS, Cofins, CSLL to Brazil. To Argentina and Mexico -

IVA and Vat and others taxes according the tax area.

. I worked in a rollout to Brazil and I was responsible for Finance

suite implementation (including AP, AR, GL, FA and localization) and I

have created tests scripts and I have made many functional specs for a

new requirements. I mapped all tables to Mastersaf - Fiscal Software.

. I was a responsible for a full implementation in finance suites,

localization, legal requirements, report design and interfaces for

each country in South America; I worked in Monterey, Ca and in South

America and I was responsible for localization design scope phase.

Project: Alta Genetics (Canada) - Oracle / JDE: E1 9.2

. I was responsible for a full implementation finance suites and Brazil

localization; as a Finance Lead I was responsible to coordinate the

team of implementation for the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

(Visa Card, Boleto Renegotiation, Serasa Interface and others

. In Lafarge project I worked with interfaces and interoperability

Live and I did the support for the local and foreign audit.

. I worked in Peru I implemented the Peru Localization / SUNAT reports

and other legal requirement I developed solutions for interface files

between the WFT and legal entity.

(Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico and India)

. As a Finance Lead I was responsible to coordinate the team of

implementation for the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and

Accounting. All the training for these suites in Mexico, Peru, Ecuador

and Brazil were done by me. I participated in the definition of taxes

solution for these projects. I worked with developers to create the

interface for the bank payments in Mexico. The routine of electronic

payment and the collection bank process were defined by me. Together

with accounting department I elaborated the routine to report finance

analysis for the headquarters.

. Supporting the users I worked in the reconciliation task for accounts

payable (vouchers match and payment advance), accounts receivable

(invoices and collection) and foreign purchase (purchasing order x

receipt process x payment update). I did the specification definition

to adapt

the process and to create new reports according the legal requirements

in Peru and Ecuador. In Brazil I was responsible for the localization

process.

. About of methodology of implementation I coordinated the CRP1, CRP2,

integrate test and UAT phases and I participated in the meeting of go

no go.

. After the Go Live was approved for the managers I was chosen to work

in the support department for the users in all branches in English and

Spanish.
