Recruitment and onboarding:
• To manage and streamline end to end recruitment process
• Understanding the requirements and requisitions of talent from managers and managing vacancy
tracker.
• Preparing and maintaining job descriptions, drafting advertisements, screening CVs and sourcing

• Handling campus placements. Being SPOC (Single point of contact) with all campus placement

• Assisted HR Head in Setting up the HR Team, Conceptualized, Planned, and Implemented HR
Polices at all verticals (Groups).
• Initiated HR Portal system in place; built the same from scratch with the help of a technical team;
ensured to implement all our policy guidelines onto it.
• Streamlined Attendance and leave record capturing, mapping it to salary calculations.
• Supervising Marketing and Operations:

Performance Management:
• Extracting Different Reports from Excel for Appraisal process.
• Built KRA’s and KPI’s per role and the performance Matrix.

• Monitor performance and submit monthly Financial MIS from branch operations to corporate
office (per state).Put into action weekly & monthly reviews for process (Across groups). Evaluate
and take corrective actions to ensure these targets are met.
• Mapped these to the Performance Appraisals for the year .Followed 7 steps appraisal process by
Issuing self-performance form to all the employees, Reverse appraisal, Peer to Peer feedback,
Goal Setting, Manager’s discussion on appraisal and goal sheet, Performance rating and relative
ranking and finally Normalization process. Help in preparing the appraisal budget and
implementation of increments, incentives and other remuneration policies.
Training and Development:
