Senior CSR4/Lead & Escalations Supervisor

My position requires personal handling of inbound customer calls relating to all areas of Home Mortgage

loans. From welcoming new customers onboard to helping homeowners with refinancing or answering

questions related to their existing loans, assisting callers affected by disaster related situations, loan

document processing and/or providing copies of requested docs as needed, the researching and

resolving of all escalated issues and completing escrow related set up, research and resolution for loans

and also providing payoff information and guidance throughout the loan term and the dedication to

enhance the homeowners experience by providing excellent customer service and product

recommendations in order to meet their individual financial goals.

I always strive to exceed the expectations of management while proving to be a valuable asset to the

company. I have been recognized many times for my achievements by both homeowners and fellow

employees. I take ownership of each callers request and resolve any concerns raised by an escalated

throughout the city limits are my main duties in addition to walk in requests throughout the day. Also

Practice Data Entry and processing needed preparation for daily appearances in court. Maintenance of

extensive experience in all areas of clerical skills, including mathematical computation, PC, Misc. office

machines, filing, composing business correspondence, and organizing and managing operating systems

in an office setting. Must have the ability to prioritize work assigned for optimum efficiency and possess

the ability to take assignments and direction from multiple individuals. Ongoing requirement to actively
