Diamond Plastics Inc. 2013-Present

Involved in the fabrication machining and manufacture of injection molds which went into the

molding of plastic components for the packaging industry. My duties were to produce three dimensional

drawings from a CAD system such as Solidworks or AutoCAD, and machine from the prints components

for the manufacture of these injection molds. CNC machine tools were utilized in the fabrication of the

mold components.

Linda Tool Inc. 2011-2013

My duties and responsibilities fabricate and machine mechanical components utilizing the latest

up to date computerized machine tools Lathe turning centers, Vertical machining centers three

and four axes capabilities, for a wide customer base which are involved in the medical device,

consumer related components, components of various complexity interpreting engineering

drawings designed in Solid works and Autodesk inventor. I am involved in the programming and

setting up of these machine tools I also inspect components utilizing various inspection

instruments including a CMM coordinate and feature measuring apparatus. Models and

configuration of machine tools utilized are Mori Seiki NL 2000 multi axis turning center

equipped with 850 Mark 3 controller. Daewoo 230s puma which are equipped with B spindle

equipment .

Responsibilities and duties were to interpret engineering drawings in order to set up machining

centers lathes . This employer was chiefly involved in the fabrication of Aerospace components

various types of materials were used to fabricate these components Hastaloy . Inconel, Titanium,

high heat resistant materials tool steel annealed and hardened to 58RC. Various machining

equipment was utilized in order to fabricate these components such as Cincinnati arrow VMC,

Bridgeport equipped with Matsuura,Makino, Heidenhain control consoles, Enshu equipped with

‘ Fanuc’ control unit Takahashi, Mori-Seiki, lathes,Takasawi, and milling machine tools.
