EMPLOYMENT
CAREER HISTORY
Diamond Plastics Inc. 2013-Present
Involved in the fabrication machining and manufacture of injection molds which went into the
molding of plastic components for the packaging industry. My duties were to produce three dimensional
drawings from a CAD system such as Solidworks or AutoCAD, and machine from the prints components
for the manufacture of these injection molds. CNC machine tools were utilized in the fabrication of the
mold components.
Linda Tool Inc. 2011-2013
My duties and responsibilities fabricate and machine mechanical components utilizing the latest
up to date computerized machine tools Lathe turning centers, Vertical machining centers three
and four axes capabilities, for a wide customer base which are involved in the medical device,
consumer related components, components of various complexity interpreting engineering
drawings designed in Solid works and Autodesk inventor. I am involved in the programming and
setting up of these machine tools I also inspect components utilizing various inspection
instruments including a CMM coordinate and feature measuring apparatus. Models and
configuration of machine tools utilized are Mori Seiki NL 2000 multi axis turning center
equipped with 850 Mark 3 controller. Daewoo 230s puma which are equipped with B spindle
capability and live tooling. Lathe Mill turn A and B spindle, and Milling. Okuma, Daewoo
