ordinances impact specific development plans and reclassification, subdivision, and Board of

Adjustments to include: preparing agendas, supporting materials, transcribe minutes, prepare and

distribute minutes and reports, assign case numbers, draft postings, prepare certified mail for

adjoining property owners

Administrative coordinator for the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment:

schedule meetings in conjunction with the chairperson; prepare and distribute public hearing

notices and meeting notices; attend and produce accurate minutes of all meetings; maintain

permanent records of all their actions; carry on required correspondence; and generally

coordinate and assist the business of those bodies

Provide support for the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments and

coordinate and attend all their meetings
