At RR Donnelley, I was working for Crump Life Insurance Service, one of the leading companies in

the Insurance Brokers Industry sector, USA.

Crump Life Insurance Services is a prominent independent wholesale di stributor of life insurance

and is an indirect subsidiary of BB&T Corporation. Crump have been assisting insurance producers

and financial professionals with a comprehensive back office support for licensing and appointment

administration, case processing, superior underwriting, commission adjudication etc.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling the insurance administration tasks of Crump Life Insurance Services. Process

cases based on applicable policies and protocols, using CITRIX application

Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures to make sure work is

carried out in a controlled and consistent manner .

Gather copy of original insurance application forms & all other relevant documents

(submitted by the proposed insured) from Crump. Thoroughly and efficiently gather

customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where

applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through

contact tracking.

Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.

Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that

positively impact the customer’s experience.

Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to cu stomer service surveys.

To take service recovery measures when appropriate to protect the customer experience .

Maintain scheduling and event calendars.

Arrange to send client communications, client networking meetings and events.

Facilitate the setting up of meetings, conference calls, video calls including sending

invitations, setting up dial in code, circulating agenda.

Preparing and presenting reports of the team performance. Conduct briefings to the team on

necessary. Develop expert knowledge of products & carriers.

Ensure that workload within the team is distributed evenly and that priorities are met to

Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to

generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.

Initiates and manages effective relationships with prospective clients in order to determine

eminent clinical development needs.

Resolves paper claim issues with internal partners and arrive at resolution. Professionally

handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both
