. Testing of structures with internal hydraulic pressure up to 30kg/sq cm,

was undertaken successfully for volumes of tanks varying from 2Mt to

30Mt.

. Additional strain gauging (to measure stress developed) and displacement

gauging (to measure mean deflection) carried out while testing of

structures as per customer requirements is special feature of this

testing apart from complex acceptable criteria.

. Familiar with ASME codes and standards.

. Responsible to prepare documentation of daily, monthly production report.

. Ensuring all the products have clearly defined specifications with

careful & sophisticated quality control measures in compliance to the
