JOB SUMMARY

The Room Attendant is Responsable fir ensuring that guest rooms and public areas of the

Hotel cleaned and linens are restocked, ensuring the Hotels is maintained to the high

presentation.

Ø Cleaning or the guest rooms to standard as assigned

Ø Performing very physical labor

Ø Anwering guest requests

Ø Providing excellent customer service as per the standards of the Hotel

Ø Courteously and promptly responds to guest room requests

Ø Investigates akk guest inquiries in a timely fashion to provide a highest posible service

Ø Move heavy objectives as requested

Ø Perform Side duties as required.

Ø Work closely with other departments to achieve maximum guest satisfaction

Ø Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment at all times

Ø Understands the emergency procedures for the entire Hotel.

Ø Answering guest request as necessary

Ø Attends pre-shift breafings listen carefully to intruction given by superiors concerning.

Today service to atchievement as well,tiddy,groomed,diciplined and honest at all times.

Ø Greet and welcome the customers and escort to their room.

Ø Inform customer the menu special ang check the available and not available item.

Ø Reflenish toiletries,tisue,toilet paper,coofee pots,hair dryers,televisions, and heating and

cooling elements, are funtional.

Ø They alsotake inventory of such items in the room rwporting anything that is missing or

damaged .

Ø Provide customer service, suvh as turning down beds, delivering news papers ang pivking

up dry cleaning or ironing.They also fulfill requests for extra pillows or towels.

GENERAL BEHAVIOR

Behavior are personal apperance will always be geard ti the objective of being an example to

all oher staff within the Hotel. Strive to use a polite to language and well-groomed behavior

relation with the Hotel guest, colleagues and staff. Can work under pressure, flexible working

different shift.

Ø Read ang write English Fluently (additional languages spoken would be an asset)

Ø Must be neat,professional and well groomed

Ø Must prossess good organizational /time management skills

Ø Must be self motivator - work with little supervision

Ø Must be able to work in a fast paced enviroment

Ø Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Ø Must be in good physical condition, frequent pushing/pulling/rraching/syoping/handling

and gripping is required

Ø Must able to lift up to 20 pounds (lifting the shoulder is also required)

Ø Ability to relate well to Hotel guests and employees
