(i) Have worked with HDFC Bank as a Deputy Manager in Retail Branch Banking since
24th September 2012 till 3rd February 2015.
Job Description
Handling portfolio of Classic customers of the Bank, to provide end to end service to
these customers. Deepening, Enhancing, Retaining existing portfolio customers and
acquisition of new Classic relationships to the organization.
Understanding customer’s need and to offer right product to the right customers and thus
increasing stickiness of the customer.
To achieve monthly and annual targets assigned by the Bank by offering Liability, Asset
and TPP products to the customer, i.e
Liabilities
Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed deposits, Demat accounts etc.
Asset Products
Working Capital Business Banking(CC limit, Over Draft, Bank Guarantee, LC, Packing
Credit etc). Working Capital EEG, Commercial Vehicle Over Draft, Equipment Finance,
Loan Against Property, Loan Against Securities, Credit Card, Gold Loan, Auto Loan, Home
Loan, Personal Loan etc.
TPP
To offer TPP products to the customers Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, GI, Travel
Insurance.
(ii) Have worked with IndusInd Bank as a Acquisition Manager in Credit Card
division for eleven months, November 2011 September 2012
*Job responsibilities was to source credit cards mainly from premium segment.
Have worked with Opus Estates Pvt Ltd as a Assistant Sales Manager for 2.1
