. Finance - Implemented purchasing cost analysis and monitored the
requisition process to ensure vendor payment of invoices. Accounting
responsibilities included QuickBooks payroll, invoicing, inventory,
COGS, sales order process, credit card processing, receivables,
payables and reconciliations. Month and year end reports. SAP
accounting for international manufacturing. Interfaced with
overseas factories on invoicing and credit memos for customers,
reviewed internal expense reporting.
. Human Resources -Updated policy and procedure manuals, recruiting,
on boarding, screened prospective new hires, followed-up on
employment interviews, coordinated training schedules, and assisted
in all areas of regulatory reporting.
. Account Management - Managed large portfolio accounts within the US

. Relocation Management - Managed all aspects of corporate moves and
furniture reconfigurations as required. Ensure all move management
activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented
processes. Initiate and manage meetings to review move schedules
with move vendors and key stakeholders. Adhere to move management
schedule and budget. Incorporate "best practices" into move
projects.
. Executive Support - Comprehensive knowledge in executive
administrative assistance, including domestic and overseas travel,
calendaring, event planning, tracking and reporting expenses,
working with clients and senior level executives. Intellectual
property management.
. Corporate Event Planning - Planned and coordinated large corporate
events for 9 years, including Semicon West, ASE World Wide Sales
Annual Event, and the ASE Customer Appreciation Event. Researched
and participated in event planning. Negotiated vendor contracts for
catering, event space and entertainment.
. Risk Management Program - Developed safety, loss control, workers'
compensation, environmental ergonomics and fire suppression programs
for the corporate headquarters that resulted in an 80% reduction of
liability. Coordinated accident and injury investigations. Issued
guidelines and directives to the staff on a regular basis to ensure
the rules are being followed and staffs knowledgeable about useful
safety protocols.
. Corporate Design Projects - Oversaw the provisioning of a new
corporate office in San Diego. Orchestrated the Corporate Lobby
Renovation Project including, space planning, interior design,
lighting, furniture and signage.
. Overseas Engineer Relocations - Instituted re-location processes for
