Career Summary
I n 1992, accepted a position as a chemical polymerization control technician. In 2007, accepted
t he opportunity to advance to a polymerization control technician-support position, which assist
and performs all necessary job functions and processes in the department. During the fall of 2012,
decided to return to college and get an Associate Degree in Management. In 2013, in order to
advance my career again, accepted a position as polymerization control technician- Caprolactam.
I w ill graduate from Tri-County Technical School in May of 2015. I would like the opportunity to
use my education, knowledge, and experience to advance my career in a management position.

Polymerization (Chemical): July 1992-April 2015
* Experienced Manager. Managed shift personnel, projects, operational processes, and consulted
other departmental personnel during this time.
* Coordinated with maintenance personnel for implementing and executing departmental
maintenance task.
* Led team and entered data for pin point safety team members.
* T rained new hires and managed situations when new hires were exposed to process
complications.
* Provided guidance and training to any Trainee as required by acting as an immediate resource.
