Sr. Project Manager IT (Sr. Director PMO) 2012-2014

Managed a $40M capital dollars budget allocated to the implementation of

all business and IT initiatives to foster the growth of a $5B dollars

telecommunications conglomerate. Responsible for all aspects of Project,

Program and Portfolio management in support of internal clients/ business

units; directed a team of a team of 15 - 20+ program and project managers.

Main responsibilities ranged from providing Governance, Strategic Planning,

Leadership, Motivation, and Mentoring to PMs on the PMLC and SDLC

processes, best practices and tools, to drive Delivery Velocity for the

successful implementation of all company initiatives from small/mid-size

(BAU) to large transformation projects; leveraging PMO various

o Launched TracFone's first set of Mobile Apps in both IOS and

Android operating systems. Leveraging Hybrid as well as Native

Catalog) and Balance Inquiry Apps to foster business development

via the Mobile channel.

o Launched ILD Apps, with Nuleef and AURIS as 3RD party

integrators, to help products growth and ease of use.

. Lead and provided ongoing direction for the management of TracFone's

Value Added Service (VAS) account and roadmap, in the execution of

projects such as:

o Loyalty programs (Trac&Save) with partner such as Kobie and DBG.

o Mobile Wallet (mWallet) program with FIS and Bancorp as

o Social Media Integration and Customer Profile projects.

. Stakeholder for the TracFone's Android strategy implementation,

leveraging the VRZ Surepay platform.

o $2.5M project aimed to aid growth adds by 250 thousand new

subscribers to hit the 6 Billion dollars revenue goal for 2013,

Sr. Project Manager - PMIII 2010-2012

. Implemented the upgrade of TracFone's CRM applications into Oracle ADF

platform, with the purpose of reducing agent call time, database CPU

utilization and development delivery times.

o Migrated CRM technologies (Oracle Fat Client/ LUTS & TOSS Util)

to leading-edge technologies (ADF & APEX Oracle Framework 4.1)

o Slashed development TAT by 60%, and enhanced leanness of

architectural operational model through removal of deployment

contingencies and systems downtime.
