Managed a $40M capital dollars budget allocated to the implementation of
all business and IT initiatives to foster the growth of a $5B dollars
telecommunications conglomerate. Responsible for all aspects of Project,
Program and Portfolio management in support of internal clients/ business
units; directed a team of a team of 15 - 20+ program and project managers.
Main responsibilities ranged from providing Governance, Strategic Planning,
Leadership, Motivation, and Mentoring to PMs on the PMLC and SDLC
processes, best practices and tools, to drive Delivery Velocity for the
successful implementation of all company initiatives from small/mid-size
(BAU) to large transformation projects; leveraging PMO various

o Launched ILD Apps, with Nuleef and AURIS as 3RD party
integrators, to help products growth and ease of use.

Value Added Service (VAS) account and roadmap, in the execution of

. Implemented the upgrade of TracFone's CRM applications into Oracle ADF
platform, with the purpose of reducing agent call time, database CPU

to leading-edge technologies (ADF & APEX Oracle Framework 4.1)
