authorisation support team cannot solve the case. Perform regular authorisations audits to individual
cases, complaints, exceptions and reports to check that L1 has assigned rights correctly. Update work
documentation according to changes in IT policies, local laws and company strategy. Communicate &
train the updated procedures to L1. Participate in IT projects as authorisation experts giving authorisation
