Served as a full time CFO for a high growth (50+% per year) company which
transitioned from a QuickBooks environment into a fully GAAP compliant
reporting structure, structuring nine acquisitions over the last 36 months; duties
included negotiating banking relationships, financial and cash projections and
budgeting, acquisition due diligence, transition to full audit compliance, cost
accounting and marginal costing/NPV analysis, member of Board of Directors,
director of HR, government/GSA compliance/listing, and other tasks. Most tasks
involved creation of new processes and organizations to facilitate rapid growth of
this Inc 5000 fastest growing company (Six years consistently in top 1000 in
growth). Most recently involved with becoming certified with PCI compliance,
ISO 27001 and finalizing our first GAAP audit and SALT review.

Primarily involved with Dayton Development Coalition Entrepreneurial Services
Program to assist startup companies in high technology industries. Worked
directly with senior management and CEO’s to plan and manage start-ups in the
Dayton Region.
Provided executive level consulting to large companies including projects to
migrate the On-Star product line of Motorola to Continental Automotive Systems
with locations in US, Nogales, Mexico and Tianjin, China, assisted in technical
evaluation of feasibility of developing a technology center in Dayton, OH for RFID
(Alien Technology), and developed a Project Management Office for a major
corporation. Consulted on the transition of IT technology for a major Yellow
Pages provider to migrate from core publishing business to internet provision of
Yellow Pages content.

Ginko Systems is a consulting/system integrator of specialty purpose devices for
customers such as Kraft Foods, Disney/ESPN, Pfizer, Boeing, Intel and Reynolds
& Reynolds. Ginko also focuses on training, help desk, integration of kiosks, and
software for specialty industries including banking and automotive industry.
Specifically selected as technology consultant by the Dayton Coalition to work
with Alien in the feasibility of and planning for a Dayton-based RFID Center.
Ginko Systems provides consulting, design, integration and migration services to
customers implementing open source solutions in multi-platform, heterogeneous
environments. In this capacity Ginko Systems managed design and
manufacturing of kiosks, related software, help desk, warranty, dispatch,
monitoring, entitlement, and other aspects of managed service for thousands of
kiosks installed throughout North America. Extensive experience with retail Point
of Sale, ATM’s, hospitality, loyalty programs, Transportation Safety
Administration, etc. for customers throughout North America using such
technologies as Wi-Fi, RFID, smart cards, cameras, photo processing, and other
specialty devices.

Managed a start-up consulting organization focused on moving the company
from a “hot box” provider to a solutions integrator. Focused on High Performance
Computing (Cray and Origin server), graphics and media-serving, Internet
serving, and data mining/data warehousing solutions for customers in the
Manufacturing, Entertainment/Media, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Government,
Financial Services and Telecom industries. Start-up had global scope and
generated $30 million in revenue for the first year of operation.

Managed a rapidly growing, high-tech service organization that included software
support/maintenance, project management, and chip design for this $1 billion
revenue high-tech EDA software and services provider. Managed over 70%
annual growth; full P&L responsibility for a $300 million services business.
Member of executive management team (11 top executives). Managed a global
business and conducted multiple acquisitions and block hires as a means to
facilitate rapid growth.

Managed a global professional service organization for this company during the
pre and post IPO phase of its growth. The company was migrating from a
retailer of PC’s into a channel partner for such suppliers as IBM, Compaq, HP,
and Apple. Professional services changed focus from wiring/installation and
migration to full project management for major accounts primarily in the US.
Business grew at high double digits to over $100 million in revenue.

Managed a large professional service organization of over 4500 global service
providers for this large product and services organization, generating over $700
million in annual revenue. Built a professional services program management
group and methodology which was used throughout AT&T. Worked with other
AT&T business units in the formation of AT&T Global Services organization.

Managed Professional Services for this “Big 4” consulting organization. Built a
green field consulting organization in St. Louis to 35 staff in six years; started
Kansas City consulting green field in 1985, which grew to 20 staff before
departing to Tokyo. Managed Tokyo consulting organization 1987-92. Founded
consulting organizations in Korea, Taiwan/Greater China, and the Philippines.
Developed Japanese methodology for systems development and served on the
international C&L Technology committee which set direction for global best
practices and methodologies. Turned the Tokyo operation from a loss to
profitability with growth rates of over 50% per year. Managed West Coast
consulting organization 1992-3.
