enforcement experience as a Police Officer, Corporal and Detective. Experience includes: Patrol Officer,

Traffic Officer, Training Officer, S.W.A.T. and over 10 years of investigation experience. As a

Detective, spent time working on sexual assault investigations, domestic violence cases and various

crimes against children. Currently assigned to the Crimes Person Unit with a special focus on

criminal portion of internal affairs investigations.

• Investigating numerous violent crimes including homicide, sexual assault, robbery, child abuse

and domestic violence

• Carefully document statements, observations and evidentiary materials

• Conduct interviews with victims and witnesses

• Draft and execute subpoenas, search warrants and surveillance activities

• Interview and interrogate suspects both in and out of custody

• Present evidence at criminal trials

• Collaborate with federal agencies, including the FBI and ATF

• Gather necessary information for court appearances and testified as a witness under oath in

court

January 1996 – December 2003: Traffic Officer

• Conducted traffic enforcement and completed investigations of traffic collisions and assisted

Accident Investigators involving serious injury and fatality traffic accidents

• Motor Training Officer mentoring new officers in the division
